About Sherni's The recipes which inspire the Sherni’s brand of sauces have been passed down for generations. These recipes were regularly prepared by Mandie Hundal for her family and during special occasions. Among her friends and family the sauces were a delectable treat. In 1999 Mandie Hundal decided that there were no good Indian curries on the market, and decided to create The Canadian Curry Sauce Corporation and Sherni’s as an avenue to bring her sauces to the masses. Shortly after, The Canadian Curry Sauce Corporation released four of its authentic Indian sauces in the Canadian market under its Sherni’s label. Due to their fresh ingredients and home made taste the sauces were met with a warm reception. Recently The Canadian Curry Sauce Corporation has opened its state-of-the-art facility located in Mississauga, Ontario to keep up with growing demand.
