This sauce is a thicker sauce than Butter Chicken Sauce. The unique and different blend of herbs and spices included in this sauce compliment lamb, which requires a longer cooking time. The herbs and spices are infused into the sauce to create an exquisite taste. Traditionally this sauce is used to cook lamb, but other meats such as beef may also be used. As a vegetarian dish, substitute black chick peas for lamb or beef. Both the vegetarian and meat dishes can be served with naan, rice, or roti etc.
Traditional Lamb Curry Recipe
Saute chicken or vegetables in a frying pan
for two minutes

Add Sherni's Lamb Curry cooking sauce
and 250 ML of water

Cover and simmer for ten minutes

Serve over rice or with naan bread |
