Traditional Lamb Curry
Ingredients:
1 Sherni's Lamb Curry Jar (500 ML)
4-6 oz Lamb (Cubed) per person
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
250 ML Water
Directions:
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the cubed lamb, cooking it on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add Sherni's Lamb Curry cooking sauce and 250ML of water. Cover and let simmer for 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice, or with naan bread.
(Goat or beef can be added or substituted for lamb)
